South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, Xamk, is donating the money budgeted for Christmas greetings to MIELI Mental Health Finland’s Christmas fundraising campaign promoting the mental health of children and young people.
The prolonged coronavirus pandemic has had a negative effect on the mental health of many children and young people. To support children and young people in growing up safely and without mental health problems, we should respond to their calls for help as soon as possible.
With its donation of 5,000 euros, South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences wants to contribute to providing support quickly and promoting children’s and young people’s opportunities to study and acquire a profession.
