The theme of her speech will be empathy and compassion in work – Empathy and compassion multiply the company’s chances for success!

Miia Paakkanen is a research pioneer and expert in Finland’s compassion work. She is an experienced emotional skills coach regarding work life. Miia is described as genuinely caring and sovereign as an expert, trainer and lecturer in her field.

This year, one of the main executors of the event is the Leadership Grinder project funded by the EU Social Fund, and therefore Kasvu X 2022 focuses especially on growth management and the current themes of managing a growth company.

In cooperation also Xamk Xentre Units’ Third Wave of Entrepreneurship project, which is responsible for the Kasvu X side event in Mikkeli. Also funded by the EU Social Fund.
