Why participate? Did you know that job crafting is a free and easy way to increase employee resilience and productivity at work? Job crafting doesn’t require much, but it pays off in terms of increased wellbeing.
In the seminar, you will hear researched information about job crafting, tips and tools for it, and get examples from Finland and the world.
