If you have problems with login to Peppi, Timetable machine etc., please change your password at https://id.xamk.fi with your online bank service id. This should help.
When changing the password, please remember these rules: do not use special characters, your own name or date of birth. These can cause problems.
If you get a server error message, please make a service request at https://xinfo.xamk.fi (choose IT support). In other cases, you do not need to make a service request at Xinfo.
