If you have problems with login to Peppi, Timetable machine etc., please change your password at with your online bank service id. This should help.

When changing the password, please remember these rules: do not use special characters, your own name or date of birth. These can cause problems.
If you get a server error message, please make a service request at (choose IT support). In other cases, you do not need to make a service request at Xinfo.
