A partnership agreement will be signed between Xamk and the partner, designating the contact persons who will be responsible for:
- carry out and monitor the practical implementation of the partnership
- communicate to internal and external stakeholders on issues related to the planning and implementation of cooperation

Levels of the core partnership model
The partnership period is three years, which allows for a deepening of the partnership during the period. The Diamond Partnership includes, but is not limited to:
- A dedicated contact person for the organisation at Xamk and a steering group (sector-specific)
- Broad brand visibility among students, for example, a branded classroom and a stand at Xamk’s Worklife Boom event
- Close student collaboration
- Customised training and educational cooperation
- Competence mapping
- VIP tickets to a Xamk collaboration event
- Networking with Xamk’s international partners
- Personalised, partner-specific benefit every year
The partnership period is two years. The Gold Partnership includes, but is not limited to:
- A dedicated contact person for the organisation at Xamk
- Meeting with Xamk’s multidisciplinary network of experts annually
- Broad brand visibility among students, for example, a branded classroom and a stand at Xamk’s Worklife Boom event
- Close student collaboration
- Personalised, partner-specific benefit every year
The partnership period is one year. The Silver Partnership includes, but is not limited to:
- A dedicated contact person for the organisation at Xamk
- Meeting with Xamk’s multidisciplinary network of experts annually
- Close student collaboration

Partnership involves comprehensive cooperation with the aim of being systematic, working together and finding solutions. The cooperation utilizes a wide range of solutions to meet the partner’s needs from existing services and possible new forms of cooperation. Core partners can make use of Xamk’s network of experts. The benefits of the core partnership consist of the categories of visibility, development of cooperation, skills, internationalisation and access to labour. The benefits are customised according to the needs of the partner.
A partnership agreement is signed with the core partner organisation, which defines the forms of cooperation during the contract period. The cooperation is structured in line with the organisation’s own needs and through jointly defined objectives and measures.
Organisations that aim to cooperate more closely with the university. Cooperation is tailored to the needs of the partner and is systematic and measurable.
