Temperature Rise Test System

The temperature rise test system at the 3K Factory enables high-current testing (up to 7000 A) combined with precise multi-point temperature monitoring.

Simulate real operating conditions and ensure the reliability of your product

Reliable high-current testing for product development

Temperature rise testing ensures that electrical grid components can withstand real operating loads and thermal conditions. High-current testing provides reliable data on product performance before deployment.

At the 3K Factory, testing combines high-current capacity with precise measurement and customer-specific test design.

The system enables temperature rise testing of electrical power components using alternating current up to 7000 A. Typical test objects include switchgear, cables and busbar systems.

Testing is controlled by a Siemens PLC-based system, and measurement data can be collected simultaneously from multiple points. The system supports up to 30 individual temperature measurement channels.
