Get active in Mikkeli
Xamk Sports offers sports activities for students.
Students can use the sports services (gym, sport groups) on Mikkeli campus by paying a sports fee. The sport services can be used by degree students of all universities.

Sports fee – Xamk students
Price:
– 25 € autumn semester (1.9. – 31.12.2026) / 30 € spring semester (4.1. – 31.8.2027)
– 50 € academic year 2026 – 2027 (1.9.2026 – 31.8.2027)
Xamk students can pay the sport fee on Lux intranet (requires signing in).
In the spring semester, the sport groups end in April. The gym can be used in the summer.
Sports fee – degree students from other universities
Price:
– 35 € autumn semester (1.9. – 31.12.2026) / 40 € spring semester (4.1. – 31.8.2027)
– 70 € academic year 2026 – 2027 (1.9.2026 – 31.8.2027)
Sports fee’s payment form for the degree students from other universities will be published here in mid-August.
Gym
The campus gym is in the P-building (address: Teollisuuskatu 3-5).
Students can access the gym with HID access key Mon-Sun 6.30-21.00. The gym must be vacated by 22.00.

Insurances
Students are doing sports and other activities at one’s own risk (own insurance is needed).
