Kymenlaakso GoGlo – Globan Growth & Business Networks -project supports new international talents and entrepreneurs, their innovations, and new business opportunities, helping them integrate more closely into the Kymenlaakso region and grow a network for same minded people interested in international business.

KEY ACTIONS
- Creating international and scalable business in the Kymenlaakso region: The project’s goal is to support the emergence of new, innovative, and international businesses in the area.
- Increasing the internationalization skills of local companies: Providing training, mentoring, and networking opportunities that enhance companies’ readiness to internationalize and scale.
- Improving opportunities for foreign professionals in the region to create businesses: Creating easily accessible English-language ideation events, low-threshold sparring, and mentoring to lower the barrier to entrepreneurship.
- Strengthening networking between local companies, business operators, and those interested in scalable business: Organizing events and occasions that promote networking and cooperation between local and international actors.
- Promoting cultural understanding and diversity in local businesses: Offering training and coaching that improve the cultural competence of local companies and their readiness to operate in international markets.
