How to apply
- Students in the Rolling admission process are admitted in the order of submitted, complete applications. Applications are processed continuously. The admission result is published within a week from the submission of a complete application. The application is complete when it includes the required documents and tasks, and the applicable test results have been delivered to Xamk. If the admission criteria for a degree programme includes a pre-task and/or an interview, a longer processing time applies.
- You can apply to one degree programme at Xamk in the Rolling admission procedure. Choose your programme carefully! Note: Do not submit more than one application form. If you submit more than one application, only the last one submitted will be considered. This may weaken your chances for admission because the applications are checked in the order of submission.
- The Rolling admission closes when the study places reserved for each programme have been filled, or by the general closing date for the application / degree programme at the latest.
- Have all documents (including English language certificate or SAT test score) ready before filling in the application form. The application form is submitted on Studyinfo service and the required documents are uploaded to the application before submission. This means that if you need to take a language test to prove your language skills, or the SAT test for admission, you can apply only after you have the required test result. If any of the compulsory attachments is missing, your application will not be considered.
To be offered admission, you must
- have sufficient proof of your English language skills *,
- meet the eligibility requirements for the programme you apply to,
- if applicable: have your SAT or TOEFL result delivered to Xamk directly from the test organiser,
- submit your application on Studyinfo service and upload the required documents to the application form,
- meet the conditions for the student selection for the programme you apply to.
* Proof of English language skills is not required for Master’s studies. The language skills are evaluated as a part of the student selection process (pre-task and interview).
