Education Agents
Xamk works with education agents to recruit students to our degree and non-degree programmes.
Agents can help you through the application process and in some cases, with other steps such as applying for a student visa.
Please note that you can apply to any Xamk programme on your own without an agent.
The application fee for degree programmes is €100. Apply through the official portals:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees — apply via Studyinfo.fi.
Non-degree programmes (Foundation Year, Post-graduate Diplomas) — apply via DreamApply.
You pay the application fee through these portals only. Xamk never collects application or tuition fees through an agent. If an agent asks you to pay Xamk’s fees to them, contact us at admissions@xamk.fi before you pay anything.
Working with an agent – What to know
The agents listed below help students apply to Xamk. They are independent companies. They are not part of Xamk, and they do not act on Xamk’s behalf.
- An agent cannot guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, or a job. If anyone promises these, it is not true — report it.
- Xamk is not responsible for fees an agent charges for their own services, or for anything an agent tells you that is not stated on xamk.fi.
- Your admission decision and your offer letter come from Xamk, not from an agent. If you are unsure whether a document is genuine, contact admissions@xamk.fi for degree programs and pgd@xamk.fi for non-degree programs

Agent Code of Conduct
The purpose of this Agent Code of Conduct is to establish guidelines for the professional
conduct expected of individual agents and agencies engaged in international student
recruitment for Finnish institutions of higher education. These guidelines apply to all
interactions with prospective students, their parents, educational providers, and fellow agents.

All agents working with Xamk must follow the Agent Code of Conduct, which sets the professional standards expected in international student recruitment — in every interaction with prospective students, their families, education providers, and other agents.

We are building a network of reliable, high-quality recruitment partners worldwide, and we give our partners proper support and fair contract terms. To keep that quality high, we keep the number of partnerships manageable.
We review new partner applications once a year, with occasional exceptions for partners who can fill a clear gap in a specific market. We are especially interested in partners in Latin America, Africa, South-East Asia, and Central Asia, and we also consider strong partners outside these regions.
