The Ministry of Transport and Communications has invited Finnish maritime education institutions to join Finland’s delegation at the IMO General Assembly, which will be held in London from November 21 to December 3, 2025. Among the participants are Heikki Saastamoinen, CEO and President of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk), and Director of Education Olli-Pekka Brunila.
“Xamk has been working closely with authorities from various countries for several years. We are looking forward to the opportunity to showcase our expertise and build new valuable connections at the IMO General Assembly,” says Saastamoinen.
