We collect feedback of the results and quality of Xamk’s operations by means of monitoring of results, student-, staff-, and stakeholder group feedback, internal reviews, self-evaluations and external evaluations. The information produced by the evaluation and feedback system is used in the strategic and operations management at all levels of the organisation.

We systematically develop the operations of the core and support processes based on the collected external and internal evaluation and feedback information. We plan and carry out the development measures which arise, and monitor and assess their impact. We use the results in the operations or strategic choices of Xamk.

We plan and implement the development measures based on this information. We monitor and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of development measures, for example in annual internal reviews. We utilise the results of the development measures in the operational activities or strategic choices of the University of Applied Sciences.

The development of each of our own work and small, quick experiments are important methods of development. We also encourage our staff to take initiatives and development ideas that benefit the whole organisation to improve operations.
