The project Premonition produces the anticipating information which is better to utilize than before and it is suitable for the anticipating of both the quantitative needs and contents of the organizational needs of the working life. The aim is to produce multi-channel data, which support the interaction between enterprises and educational organizations and produces data to anticipate educational needs. The gathering and use of the data will be connected with the processes of educational organizations to enhance that the data is able to benefit quickly. By coupling, the processes will be supported also the readiness of schools stuff to produce anticipating data. The readiness for the change of organizations will be enhanced by taking anticipating as a part of teachers and other stuffs work and training of students. The project strengthens the schools production of customer experiences of the customers of enterprises and students` career counselling. This produces better know-how to both groups which is needed in the operational environment. This will strengthen the co-operation between the schools and enterprise/working life.
First will be clarified the operations and procedures which are related to the anticipating processes of the organizations and the need for the anticipating information. The second stage is to define the needs of information of the organizations. The following step is to develop solutions which are related to the collecting of the multi-channel data. After this, the experiments of the application of the information are made. Finally, a model that has been developed in the project, is implanted establishing it to the processes of organizations, among others, with the help of seminars between the organizations. Furthermore, the connection of the model to the regional anticipating group is carried out with the interest groups for the networking.
As a result, the multi-channel model of the collecting of the data is created to the reliable anticipating information. In the project, an inquiry is carried out, qualitative material are collected and the existing research information will be utilized. Anticipation solutions are built as the two-way model of applying of the information which is constructed with the processes of organizations.
