The primary objective of the project is to increase education quality and offering of growth and structural change
domains in society and work. The project aims to utilize and further develop co-creation and culture of experimentation
to achieve that objective. A need to develop coherent and purposeful co-creation and co-development models has
been identified prior to the project.
There are total of four main activities in the project:
- identifying the regional needs
- experimenting and developing co-development platforms
- developing operating models based on the experiments and evaluationand
- documenting and disseminating the accumualted knowhow. All of the activities are carried out in collaboration and cooperation with the target groups and the stakeholders
The results include well-documented, useful, and coherent operating models for co-development and experimentation.
The models are validated in practice and based-on experiments, evaluation, and literature. The immediate benefits
include increase knowhow of the participant organizations and students, and innovation potential realized during the
experiments. Long-term benefits include, such as increased regional economy, innovation capabilities, and networked
co-development as response to the societal change and rapid digitalization.
