I believe that prevention is the foundation of sustainable healthcare, and promoting it requires interdisciplinary collaboration.
My areas of research include the physiological mechanisms of prolonged sitting, measurement and analysis technologies for physical activity, and randomized controlled intervention studies across different age groups—particularly among people with type 2 diabetes.
