Student stories

Virtual Production is conducted as part-time studies

Implementation of studies

The studies combine independent self-studies online with hands-on studio days held 2–3 days (Thursday–Saturday) per month during the first year of studies.

The campus days are dedicated to hands-on production workshops at the Virtual Production Studio at the Kouvola Campus.

Instruction and teaching materials are in English. Students are expected to have their own devices and necessary software for completing assignments, while virtual production equipment is available for use on campus.

The studies are designed to be completed in three semesters. The programme format supports studying alongside employment. However, balancing studies with work requires careful time management and consideration of personal commitments.
