IDEAday is designed to spark creativity and help you develop innovative ideas based on what you love and are good at and turn them into ideas with international potential or that can be scaled.

- Create new business ideas with a creative method: find your own strengths and passions. Learn how to produce ideas that are based on those!
- Scale your business idea in to a business model.
- Pitch presentations of the ideas and evaluation for the IDEAday jury.

Tommi Talasto / Heromaker Oy
Tommi Talasto is an executive leader, entrepreneur and management consultant specializing in scaling businesses and international growth. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he has led teams across 11 countries and worked in international business environments spanning 59 markets. Currently COO of Strongest Group, Tommi focuses on building scalable businesses by combining people, leadership and commercial thinking. He also coaches entrepreneurs, growth companies and business leaders on turning ideas into scalable and internationally successful businesses.

Helene Auramo / Listeds Oy
Helene Auramo (M.Sc. Econ.) is a Finnish serial entrepreneur and board professional.
She co-founded Slush, and has founded or co-founded four companies, including Indiedays, Finland’s first blogging platform, which was later acquired by the media group Kaleva. She is the founder and CEO of Listeds, a platform and media company serving Nordic listed and growth companies, and the founder of the Nordic Listed Leaders community. She has served on the board of the Nasdaq Helsinki-listed Fodelia Plc and completed board education at
Harvard Business School.
