Theme Park – Digital Art Rally

Theme Park is an event where Digital Illustration and Painting Artists working in Media and the Game Design Industry gather to share their knowledge with other professionals, graduates and students in the last weekend of November, for free.

Our goal is to create an annual international event in XAMK Kouvola where professionals in the entertainment industry meet and share  their knowledge through workshops, lectures and diverse activities; making the city a hub for Digital Art and Game Design in the future.

Sampo Rask / Senior character artist at Remedy Entertainment
Tatu Petersen-Jessen / Art director at Rovio
Eliza Maria Jäppinen / CEO at Visible Realms, the creative force behind Studio Killers
Ville Assinen / Concept artist at Remedy Entertainment

You will also have the chance to take part of one of two art workshops: Art Fundamentals by Drawery Workshop or Basics of Digital Painting by Smirnovschool and other activities, like live drawing sessions, portfolio review and sketching sessions.

The whole event is free of cost. Enrollment necesary to participate.
