Food service industry is in transition. Future challenges are for example changing food culture, demands of individuality, digitality, personification, new ingredients and big data.

 

Future Challenges in Hospitality – seminar in Mikkeli 29.-30.11.2018 offers current topics from the future of foodservices. On the plate there is the digital transformation and distruptive technologies seen by futurist and visionar Marius Robles on Thrusday followed by  dimensions and dilemmas of meals for elderly, and future food scapes and innovations. Customer experience is the topic of Friday morning. Henri Alen, Ylva Mattson-Sydner, Bent Mikkelsen, Kai V Hansen among other present the newest knowledge of these topics.
